We've had a lot of requests for us to put in a page for
restaurants in Castle Rock.
Well - Here it is!
This page is "under construction" as they say,
and will take a while before it can be complete. For now we will let our own
Favorites lead the list. Each Month we will "REVIEW" a new local
restaurant until we have the list finished. (Note: We reserve the right to
include or exclude any and all businesses - Advertisers restaurants will be
noted separately)

B&B Cafe - 4th & Wilcox
"The Best Breakfast in Castle Rock"
Located on Wilcox right across from the County
Building this Old Diner contains much of the history of Castle Rock hanging on
the walls. Photos and newspaper articles about the town, and The "Bullet
Holes" that tell the story of the day the B&B was the site of the
shootout that took the life of the sheriff. The restaurant is open for breakfast
and lunch, seven days a week, and serves up everything from Biscuits and Gravy
to Homemade soups, pies or cakes. (Want a "REAL MILKSHAKE"? ) The
perfect place to bring friends and share a bit of what is still a part of the
"Good Old" Castle Rock.

Pegasus on Plumb Creek - 4th & Jerry
When Pegasus outgrew their last location, John outdid
himself. Completely rebuilding an older structure, and creating the perfect home
for Pegasus. The new location at 4th and Jerry Street ( Right behind the
Courthouse ) is designed to accommodate The 1st class restaurant, and Bar. As
you walk in, you will notice that there are facilities for private groups and
meetings, a comfortable "No Smoking" section which is physically
separate from the part of the building containing the Bar/Smoking Section. The
Bar offers enough room for the many "regulars" who have come to
Pegasus for years, with even more room for the many newcomers who will certainly
feel comfortable and welcome at any time. The menu includes a wide variety.
Appetizers, Burgers, Greek, Mexican, and daily specials from Pasta, Seafood, and
Steaks.
